We sue Apple, Sony,
Napster, RealNetworks and MusicMatch By Peter
C.W. Chung, August 07, 2005. Despite we endeavor to settle down the infringements of US Patent 6,665,797 with the 5 Internet music selling websites, namely as, iTunes, Sony Connect, Napster, RealNetworks and MusicMatch amicably, we finally decide to go to court, as it appears this would be a more time efficient way. Our legal consultant ZITO tlp had file a suit on August 5, 2005, in the United States District Court of Maryland.
